What is KALI?

KALI is Kundalini Activation Light Integration

Kundalini Activation Light Integration is a powerful healing modality that activates the movement of kundalini energy in the body in a gentle, natural way.

During a session, a facilitator works with energy, the power of sound, and vibratory resonance to guide you on a phenomenal inner journey. You will just lay down on a yoga mat, relax with your eyes closed, listen to some music and relax.

This may lead to emotion that no longer serves you being somatically released from the body, shifts into deeper states of awareness and heightened perceptions, strengthening of intuition, self empowerment, unburdening yourself from limiting beliefs and receiving clarity around your purpose and other areas of your life. This modality is a catalyst for transformation by surrendering to our inner wisdom.

How to Prepare for a KALI Session

KALI is a powerful energy healing modality that can help you release blockages, heal trauma, and connect with your higher self. If you are interested in trying KALI, there are a few things you can do to prepare for your session.

  1. Get a good night's sleep the night before your session. This will help you to be more relaxed and receptive to the energy work.

  2. Eat a light meal before your session, and then don't eat at least for at least a couple of hours before your session. You don't want to be too full or too hungry, as this can interfere with the energy work.

  3. Dress comfortably. You may want to wear loose-fitting clothing that will allow you to move freely.

  4. Take some deep breaths and relax your body. This will help you to center yourself and prepare for the energy work.

  5. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket in case you get cold, and water to stay hydrated.

What to Expect During a KALI Session

During your KALI session, you may experience a variety of sensations. Some people feel heat, tingling, or pulsing sensations. Others may see colors or have visions. You may also experience emotional release, such as crying, laughing, or anger.

It is important to surrender to the process and allow whatever comes up to come up. Don't try to control or suppress your emotions or sensations. Just let them flow through you. After your KALI session, you may feel tired or emotional. This is normal. Give yourself time to integrate the energy work and to process any insights or emotions that came up during the session.

With regular KALI sessions, you can expect to experience deep healing and transformation. KALI can help you release blockages, heal trauma, and connect with your higher self.
